Haverkate-Art serves as the exclusive distributor of artwork by Haverkate, offering a curated selection of Originals, Limited Editions, and Merchandise. Each product is crafted or selected with care to reflect the spirit of the artist's vision and the quality expected from high-end art collections.

2. Eligibility

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate information about the artworks and products available on our site, including:

4. Artwork Classifications

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs), unless otherwise indicated, and include applicable VAT where required. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and secure digital payment providers.

6. Ownership & Copyright

All intellectual property rights in the artworks remain with Haverkate. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer the copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly agreed in writing. No work may be reproduced, resold, or commercially used without prior written consent from Haverkate-Art.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide and take the utmost care in packaging your artwork securely. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Originals and Limited Editions may require additional time for authentication, framing, or handling.
A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
Customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique and high-value nature of our artworks:

Originals and Limited Editions are non-refundable. All sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos and documentation. We will assess the situation and offer repair, replacement (if possible), or refund at our discretion.
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

9. Authenticity Guarantee

All Originals and Limited Editions sold through Haverkate-Art are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring the provenance and originality of the piece.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site to engage in:

Fraudulent transactions
Unauthorized resale of items
