  • Is this an official store?
    Yes. All pieces sold through this website come directly from the artist or are officially licensed and authenticated by Haverkate-Art.
  • Who is Haverkate?
    Haverkate is a contemporary artist known for emotionally resonant, visually impactful pieces. His work explores the relationship between light, shadow, and human experience.
  • What’s the difference between Originals and Limited Editions?
    Originals are one-of-a-kind, hand-signed works. Limited Editions are high-quality, numbered prints in small batches—also signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
  • Do the artworks come with a certificate?
    Yes. All Originals and Limited Editions include a Certificate of Authenticity.
  • Are the artworks framed?
    Some pieces are available with optional framing. Details are provided on each product page.
  • Can I commission a piece?
    In select cases, yes. Please contact us to inquire about custom work or private commissions.
  • Where do you ship from?
    All artworks are shipped from Switzerland.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Switzerland: 1–3 business days Europe: 3–7 business days International: 7–14 business days Please allow extra time for Originals and Limited Editions due to careful packaging and handling.
  • Is my shipment insured?
    Yes. All Originals and Limited Editions are shipped with insurance and tracking.
  • How is the artwork packaged?
    We use museum-grade, eco-conscious packaging to ensure the safe and secure delivery of every piece.
  • Will I need to pay customs fees?
    International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are not included and must be paid by the recipient.
  • Can I return or cancel my order?
    Originals and Limited Editions: All sales are final. Merchandise: Returns accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
  • What if my item is damaged during shipping?
    Contact us within 5 business days with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
  • How do refunds work?
