What’s the difference between Originals and Limited Editions?Originals are one-of-a-kind, hand-signed works. Limited Editions are high-quality, numbered prints in small batches—also signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Do the artworks come with a certificate?Yes. All Originals and Limited Editions include a Certificate of Authenticity.

Where do you ship from?All artworks are shipped from Switzerland.

Do you ship internationally?Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?Switzerland: 1–3 business days Europe: 3–7 business days International: 7–14 business days Please allow extra time for Originals and Limited Editions due to careful packaging and handling.

Is my shipment insured?Yes. All Originals and Limited Editions are shipped with insurance and tracking.

How is the artwork packaged?We use museum-grade, eco-conscious packaging to ensure the safe and secure delivery of every piece.

Will I need to pay customs fees?International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are not included and must be paid by the recipient.

Can I return or cancel my order?Originals and Limited Editions: All sales are final. Merchandise: Returns accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?Contact us within 5 business days with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
