At Haverkate-Art, we are committed to delivering exceptional art and design pieces with care and precision. Due to the nature and value of the artworks we sell, our refund policy is designed to balance your rights as a customer with the uniqueness of the items offered.
1. General Policy
All sales of Originals and Limited Editions are final.
These works are produced in limited or single quantities, often hand-signed and/or accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. As such, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed and confirmed.
2. Merchandise Refunds
We accept returns on non-art merchandise (e.g., clothing, design objects, accessories) within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
